LEAGUE

United Volleyball LeagueThe United Volleyball League was organized to allow skilled volleyball players to play at their full potential in a friendly social environment. The volleyball circle has always been a small, tight knit community, and we encourage all our players to keep that family-like atmosphere. Our primary goal: To play good volleyball with good people.

Our league is one of the only competitive co-ed volleyball leagues in Markham. We offer tiered levels of play to ensure a strong competitive balance, and with three courts available at all times, teams are scheduled for maximum playing time each week. The league runs from 4pm - 8pm on Sundays, and teams are scheduled to play from either 4-6pm or 6-8pm. All matches are self-refereed. Please see rules and schedule pages for details.

Father Michael McGivney Academy is a modern facilty equipped with a high ceiling gym and the latest volleyball equipment. To ensure that our teams are just as equipped as our facility, we provide each new team with a new team ball. Also, every season's winning team receives awesome prizes and a spot in our Hall of Fame.

We are a non-profit league that strives to provide our teams with a great volleyball experience, a fun social atmostphere, and of course, very reasonable rates. We love volleyball just as much as our teams do, which means we only charge what is necessary to run the league.
