REGISTRATION
Winter/Spring Registration is now closed. Thank you for everyone who applied.
- Please note that we have now combined our Winter and Spring session into one 15 week session that runs from January 15th - May 27th 2012. Winter registration will open on Tuesday, November 1st and will close Friday, December 30th 2011 at 11:59 pm.
- Whether you are the Team Captain of a new or returning team, if you have a team and are interested in joining the league for next season, please feel free to complete a Team Registration Form and email it to Kim. No on-site registration is available.
- Teams that finished in the top 6 spots from the previous session will be given priority registration for the following session; however all teams interested must submit a Team Registration Form before the registration closing date.
- Teams that make it into the league will be notified via email. Teams that unfortunately do not make it into the league are added to our waiting list and are considered for future sessions.
- Teams are chosen based on a variety of criteria (i.e. previous experience, sportsmanship, skill level, team defaults, returning teams, etc). All forms submitted before the registration closing date are considered for the session; however there are only a limited number of spots available. We are currently running with 12 teams. This number may change depending on the number of teams interested and scheduling.

At the end of the season, $50 of team fee will be refunded to the team if all of the following conditions are met:
- Team attends every game scheduled.
- Every game will have minimum 4 players (includes at least 1 female)
- Team is punctual for every game (within 5 minutes of scheduled start time)
Payment Information
The entire Team Fee amount is to be paid in full on the first day of the session. Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Please make cheques payable to "Cash".Team requirements
- Minimum 6 players (2 females + 4 males)
- Teams must possess a high skill level (i.e. knowledgeable in 6-2 and 5-1 volleyball systems)
Waiting List
After a session reaches our current maximum of 12 teams, interested teams can be put on our waiting list. To do so, please complete a Team Registration Form and email it to Kim. We will keep your registration form on file and contact you if a spot becomes available. If you have any questions, please contact us.
